Bio:

Hlal is an enigmatic deity. She is the only dragon god directly in contact with Asgorath, and spreads his message to her fellow dragon gods, and certain mortals as well, albeit unreliably. Unlike her brethren, Hlal does not take a standard form, and freely changes her form to suit her interests. She has a sense of humor and rarely takes situations seriously, even in the most dire situations. She is a bit of a prankster, and enjoys disrupting the status quo. Additionally, unlike many of her brethren, Hlal believes all creatures have valuable knowledge and experience, from the lowliest worm to the most sophisticated of gods. Hlal is a goddess of freewill. She detests authority, and even more so detests self doubt.
